Timely waste disposal is a guarantee of cleanliness and ecological well-being of the city, as well as one of the most important factors to avoid the spread of many infectious diseases, which is very important today.
The GreenCo Group of Companies uses state-of-the-art technologies that meet international standards in the field of waste management.
A waste management system is used to properly organize the processes of waste collection, transportation, processing, secondary operation or disposal. A whole set of different methods for processing and utilization of solid household waste, separate, collection, construction and bulky waste, leaves and tree branches has been developed.
We have our own fleet of new Mercedes-Benz and SCANIA garbage trucks. All cars meet environmental standards and are equipped with a GPS system, convenient for work in the city and for long distances.
The container park includes more than 1000 containers of various types, namely - Eurocontainers for solid household waste of black color of 1,1 m3; eurocontainers for separate collection of yellow color of 1,1 m3; containers for separate collection of type "bell" of 2,5 and 3,2 m3; containers for oversized and construction waste 11, 16, 23, 25, 30 m3.
The Multilift / Palfinger system is used for oversized and construction waste
Grinko collects, exports, sorts, and disposes of waste. Every day we remove waste from almost 500 container sites in Kyiv. After that, we take the waste to our own sorting station, where we separate it and transfer the recyclables for recycling, and the remains to RDF-fuel.
All types of waste pass through the sorting conveyor. From a separate collection, the amount of useful fraction is 7-8 times more than in household waste. Therefore, in the environmental development of the company and the city as a whole - separate collection is a priority.
In the collection, removal, sorting and transfer of waste for processing or disposal, we comply with applicable environmental regulations and requirements.
